Calling for prayer

Could I ask for anyone reading this that believes in the power of prayer, to pray for the people of Far North Queensland, who are expecting a cyclone to hit tonight, worse than any that has ever hit this country.

Let's join together in prayer and believe for these people.

Thankyou

Fi

  1. I will pray for them. I believe in the power of prayer this is the only divine thing that we should all do. May God protect them all.

  4. I heard it on the radio this morning on my way to work (in Lisbon, Portugal!) and I thought to myself: "First the floods, now this cyclone! Enough already!" Lets hope it's not as serious as they predicted!

  5. Oh my gosh I am sitting here with goosebumps all over me. What is going on with all of the natural disasters in this world. We just made it through a blizzard that did not hit our town as much as the surrounding towns, but we're in for another one in a few days. I will pray for them. Please keep us posted. Sometimes the news doesn't tell us what's going on. I hardly saw a thing on the news about the floods. Take care Fi,

  7. Its still too soon to get planes into the air to check out the damage aerially.

They have some pictures etc from people sending them in on twitter, and stuff (technology, eh?)

All I really know for sure is that there are thousands and thousands and thousands of homes without power, lots of structural damage and homes lost, winds were about 290km/h (not sure in miles).
    People were terrified.

Its good to know that others are praying around the world.

    Cindy,
I hope all goes well in your area over the next few days.

    Cheers
