Can you give us some more details as us 'maturer skinned' ladies need all the help we can get!!!!
My little tip is a natural product which is garlic based and is FAB to immunise you against basic colds and flu. I work with young children and have been taking this for the past 2 years and haven't had a single cold in that time! I think you could even eat a clove of garlic raw every day but these are pills/tablets and are very easy to take. Garlic Rocks!!!! lol xAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02001869157864904557noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3993704514555240559.post-39046253753836228552012-04-20T12:29:50.087+10:002012-04-20T12:29:50.087+10:00Thanks for sharing. Will have to get some of the essential oil you suggested.
Have tried a couple times to leave comments but they ended up getting eaten by the internet. Think it is working okay today, though. I love essential oils too. I used some patchoelie in handcream I got at the pharmacy. I loved that. You don't have to use much, otherwise it will be too strong.
I love to drink nettle tea to cleanse myself and for the iron. I eat a lot of yoghurt too. On advice of Susun Weed. It seems to help against bladder infections and much more.
Have a great day.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3993704514555240559.post-13050458827263118682012-04-19T23:03:40.609+10:002012-04-19T23:03:40.609+10:00Fi,

Just looking at your pictures soothes my soul. There are a couple of things I still do, because they are simple. I had a pedicure one time that left my big toe with that horrible fungal issue. I use tea tree oil on it daily. I put it on top and under the toenail and you can hardly even tell the fungal issue is there. I also rub a dab of lavender oil on my temples, right before going to the dentist. It calms me.

Cindy BeeBee Ladyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15818958787610823509noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3993704514555240559.post-86483909918349037022012-04-19T14:18:52.518+10:002012-04-19T14:18:52.518+10:00Chamomile and honey for sleeplessness. Oh, and putting baking soda in my shampoo and apple cider vinegar rinses once weekly to keep my very oily hair looking shiny and happy.Fiona Skyehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11543608166065125842noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3993704514555240559.post-8079248609865001162012-04-19T12:57:32.670+10:002012-04-19T12:57:32.670+10:00Oh and I forgot my beloved Eucalyptus for colds et...Oh and I forgot my beloved Eucalyptus for colds etcAussie Mariahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15107453364531984524noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3993704514555240559.post-30306009991788707312012-04-19T12:57:02.658+10:002012-04-19T12:57:02.658+10:00Great idea!
